From October 16 to 24 the UniCredit Tower became a high school education where experts of the bank and external partners – including Accenture, Google, 360 ° Capital Partners, Legance, Egon Zehnder, PwC, Morning Boost – held 7 days training for 40 young entrepreneurs selected from the almost 800 who took part in the edition 2014 of UniCredit Start Lab, the project of UniCredit since 2010 supports entrepreneurship through an innovative program of coaching, mentoring, operating and financial support.

Two days of bootcamp with experts and investors from Germany, United Kingdom and United States to support entrepreneurs to orientate in the current international economic environment with an assessment process and specific activities on which they received immediate feedback; five days of Startup Academy where 30 startups were able to strengthen their management skills through presentations by experts, workshops, pitches and brainstorming.

Young entrepreneurs have had the opportunity to explore several issues, including: “Innovation and vision on Macro-Global Trends”, “Packaging the business idea”, “Presenting the financial investors, partners and banks”, “How to develop the business project”, “Financing startups and build the team”.
